In view of the challenging environment associated with the spread of COVID-19, Environoise has an existing Business Continuity Plan in place. We are following the NHS guidelines for self-isolation and working practices which are reviewed daily.
All consultancy staff have company laptop access to our encrypted network and specialist software licences allowing most projects to be done remotely. All staff can be contacted via our main landline (0151 550 4525) or via email or mobile phones. We can participate in meetings by conference call or video call as usual.
For noise surveys and site based work the Association of Noise Consultants (ANC) and Institute of Acoustics (IoA) have introduced joint guidance for noise surveys and impact assessment which can be found here. The guidance means that we can continue to assist with your project using our enhanced desktop capability and shorter-term monitoring where conditions allow. We will liaise directly with site / project managers in the preparation of Risk Assessments to determine conditions of site for noise or vibration surveys and agree measures to suitably mitigate risk in line with NHS Guidelines.
